Dear Thorncliffe Families,
We have now published and posted our School Development Plan. Our goal this year is to focus on improving student achievement in literacy and mathematics through assessment informed learning cycles. We will be working in division teams to analyze student learning evidence, then create purposeful lesson plans to support identified areas of need in flexible groupings. We have already started this work and believe that it will support all students in getting just right learning.

Swimming with grade 4-6 was amazing this past week! Thank you very much to the teachers, the parent volunteers, and the school council for funding this opportunity. Without everyone working together, this important learning would not have been possible.
