​​Learning Commons at the CBE

Today’s learners cannot imagine life without the internet and supporting technology. The concept of the traditional library is changing to include technology, online tools and spaces for collaboration and exploration.​​​

Thorncliffe School's Learning Commons is available for student book sign-out every morning and afternoon. Students in Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Grade 2 have 1 scheduled book exchange a week. Students in Grades 3-6 are able to come to the Learning Commons any day during open circulation to sign out books.
