This session is for all parents/caregivers and will cover a variety of topics including stress management, while messaging is directed to newcomers, the tools are accessible to all. 
“In this session, we talk about stress management for newcomers in relation to our thoughts and emotions, examine the different ways we think negatively, and provide CBT approaches in dealing with stress and changing our views about stress as well. This presentation aims to help individuals manage the stress associated with daily life and transitional life challenges.
